The ITSCAPE Management Team

Jihad possesses a strong background in business service management. He brings more than 20 years of experience ranging from start-ups to public companies. He also offers invaluable experience and leadership in creating commercial software solutions.

Prior to ITSCAPE, Jihad spent 12 years working for BMC Software, mainly within R&D. His most recent responsibility was as the general manager of BMC Software France. He joined BMC after serving as Director of Engineering at US Videotel, an online service provider.

Philippe possesses a strong background in business service management, IT service delivery and IT service support disciplines.

Prior to ITSCAPE, Philippe was a solution architect at BMC Software where he contributed to several key projects such as the Atrium CMDB, Discovery and impact management. Prior to BMC he was the chief architect in charge of application performance management at Perform SA, acquired by BMC.

Philippe holds a patent on Performance Data Visualization.
